Repetition

So here i am trying to update my webby =) McDonald's Australia gladly sent me a list of all their 24hour stores, wow they sure do have heaps lolz! So i just had another bowl of soup from dinner and just updating the list, might take a few hours, since i'm calling each one to confirm if they actually are or not =)



An interesting thing is that OnlyMelbourne, an online place, asked me about earning some money with my webby after i asked them to add my business on their directory. I replied with eagerness (which i think i shouldn't have done), and now they haven't replied lolz, we'll see what happens tomorrow!




I did heaps of back exercises as well as rubbing heaps of Dencorub on my back and now placing a a rolled up towel as a lumbar support for my back as my physio church friend Matt suggested, hope things get better.

I didn't get a chance to goto a sauna/steamroom/spa today as i was a little lazy to go, i think i'll go take a nice long bath later to see if it helps my back =) Besides that, today i was gonna play baddy with a friend but he apparently 'misunderstood me' so we didn't get to, and then yeah had to help my relatives burn some chinese wma stuff in the arvo =o

Anyhow, looking forward to hopefully waking up without too much thigh pain and going to play baddy tomorrow night.

I watched Neko no Ongaeshi (The cat returns) tonight, it's this anime i've never seen, studio ghibili, it was very good, very enjoyable =)



Anyhow, back to my Whatsopen =)

sore!!

Arghh my thighs hurt, well, my right thigh bicep (not the front, the back). Need to stretch more, was gonna play baddy today but didn't, so i ate heaps and trying to recover, so i can play tomorrow night. Need to stretch, watch more youtube baddy videos, and eat and sleep =)

Come on body, u can do it! i know u can! =)

slackerrrrr

ooooo so i woke up late ish today, 10:30, and then i started my journey......... trying to say a goodbye to my slackerrrr self..... and unhealthy self.... anyhow last night i was quite upset coz i realised that my badminton was going down the drain and i needed to pump myself up, fortunately someone reminded me that it'll be all good and gave me encouragement along the way at 00:30am lolz

ok, so we went to coles and bought health food.

This morning i ate 2 boiled eggs and a piece of bread, then i went jogging, did 4 laps around my block. 1st lap was just normal jogging, 2nd was doing side steps, 3rd was doing alternative side steps, 4th was doing alternative skips right and left.

After that, i went home and i ate an apple, had a small tub of yogurt, and some milk.

In the arvo, i boiled another egg and ate it before dinner, dinner consisted of some sashimi, and fried rice, and tomato-y soup.

Went to baddy tonight, feeling half sore, half motivated to really put in more effort =) I got offered some more singles support/training which was exactly what i needed. Played a few games of singles tonight. Lost them all though, but good experience!

Lost to Simon 11-9,

Lost to Jacky 15-0, 15-6

Lost to Ken 11-9

So basically, yes, i'm a loser, but considering i lost to Simon 11-1 yesterday night, i think it's not too bad, but he actually can tell my weakness really easily, so sigh, back to the drawing board or more like, back to more footwork, i suck at footwork.

Ummmm, so after i got home from baddy tonight, i was sooooo tempted to have a scoop of chocolate ice cream, but alas, my good ol willpower (what's there of it), made myself just finish a bit of sashimi and have a slice of bread with cheese (no mayo).

And the bread was soy and linseed, which is APPARENTLY good for my body according to Jenny.

Sigh, 11 days till dooms day, gotta make sure i don't injure myself, don't eat crap, find a physio for some massage, coz Jacky was talking about having massage to help relax the muscles coz they don't always relax themselves, go for a spa/sauna session to help relax as well, and more baddy and learn to time my shots better

I've also flipped my mattress around coz my back's been hurting, hopefully it helps...... okkkkkkk gotta sleep now, night =)

this week

quite an eventful week, let's seeeeeeeeeeeeee

monday: got xrays of my back and foot, and also ultrasound of my foot....APPARENTLY nothing is wrong with either, which i'm beginning to think that God's got something in mind he wants to tell me mmmm, gotta pray more gotta pray more >.<, and yeah, went to drum lesson which was good, and also i went to play baddy and did some training for like the first time in like 7 yrs hahah, my legs were sore all week

but all through this week, i was sore from baddy ahahha but good news is i'm better now and i'll be playing tomorrow. I gotta play more coz i gotta play State Youth Games in a few weeks, and so i needa train up a bit with my singles sigh. Ummmm, i went to Clare's birthday bash at Hyde Bar, that was pretty cool, lotta ppl and i had a good time talking to pplz and catching up =)

I also bought a new comp this week =)
